Principal Architect | Chief Operations Officer
John has years of experience designing iconic buildings and landscapes. His upfront planning and design efforts are instrumental in creating sites and structures that fit seamlessly with their surroundings; carefully attuned to their use, and contribute to making lasting and meaningful places.
As a key member of the firm, John brings clear conceptual thinking, strong design vision, and unmatched attention to details to each of his engagements. With a particular strength in designing new buildings within historic contexts, he is adept at distilling the needs and desires of a wide spectrum of stakeholders and responding with inspired architecture.
In all of his projects, John takes the lead early in the process to coordinate and synthesize the collaborative design roles of the team and its array of consultants
Emmanuel Ogunleye
Principal Designer | Senior Project Manager
Emmanuel is a goal-oriented Principal Executive and Senior Project Manager with more than fifteen years of diverse experience in engineering and construction management. He is driven by a clear vision and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of his clients.
With a hands-on approach to construction leadership, Emmanuel has demonstrated an exceptional ability to deliver project deliverables that exceed customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. He is a problem solver with a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on achieving project goals within budget and on time.
Emmanuel oversees the Project Management function for the Nigeria and Canada region.

Ibironke Haastrup is the Principal Project Manager at Adool. She is an internationally respected interior designer and planner, has a deep understanding of the growth of major cities and their changing markets, society and culture.
She is passionate to create unique and timeless architecture which appropriately responds to its location and culture and meets the requirements of change and growth.
Ibironke has managed successful projects for most of the leading developers in Nigeria and her experience includes high-rise, mixed commercial, retail and master planning. She is passionate about Adool design and for her clients’ success. Her passion for design extends into her publications and design work.
OLUWAGBEMILEKE OGUNDELE
Human Capital Lead
Oluwagbemileke Ogundele is a highly experienced Human Capital professional with over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement. As the Human Capital Lead at Adools Design, Oluwagbemileke is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Oluwagbemileke is known for his excellent interpersonal skills and her ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of an organization. He is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Oluwagbemileke is passionate about helping employees grow and develop their careers and is committed to creating a positive work environment where employees can thrive.
